Done in three steps

  1. Pick your panels

About me, Schedule, Tips and Rules are ready to go. Change the text, put them in any order or add a panel of your own.

  2. Pick a style

Six styles, eight palettes and six fonts. If your channel already has a look of its own, enter the hex codes yourself. The preview shows how it looks on Twitch in both the dark and the light theme.

  3. Download and upload

Download one panel or the whole set as a ZIP, then upload the PNGs under Edit Panels on your channel page.

What size is a Twitch panel?

Twitch shows panels 320 pixels wide. Larger images are scaled down by Twitch, up to a maximum of 320 by 600 pixels. That is why this maker exports PNGs exactly 320 pixels wide, at a height of your choice between 60 and 120 pixels.

For a header above a block of text, 80 or 100 pixels high is common. Keep all panels the same height and your channel page looks tidy. The Ribbon and Frame styles have a transparent background, so they work in both the dark and the light theme.

How to add a panel on Twitch

  1. Open your channel page on Twitch and scroll to the About section below the video.
  2. Switch on Edit Panels.
  3. Click the plus sign to add a panel.
  4. Upload your PNG, add a title and description if you like, and paste the address the panel should open into the image link field.
  5. Save the panel and switch Edit Panels off again to see the result.

You don't need a title if the text is already on the image. The description under the panel supports Markdown: bold text and links work there, HTML does not.

A tips panel that goes somewhere

A tips panel without a link is just a picture. Put the address of your tip page in the image link field, with DonoLink for example donolink.be/u/yourname. Viewers pay there with the payment methods they know, and every tip appears as an alert in your stream straight away.

A bare button says very little. One sentence in the description about what the money is for, such as a new microphone, makes it clear why someone would click.

Frequently asked questions

Is the panel maker really free?

Yes. You don't need an account, there is no watermark on the panels and you can use them anywhere, on Twitch or elsewhere.

Are my panels stored anywhere?

No. The panels are drawn in your browser and downloaded straight away; nothing is sent to our server. Your browser remembers your last choices so you can pick up where you left off.

What size should a Twitch panel be?

320 pixels wide. You choose the height; Twitch scales down anything larger than 320 by 600 pixels. This maker exports PNGs 320 pixels wide at the height you pick.

Can I change the text and the palette?

Yes. Every text can be changed, you set the background, accent and text shade yourself, and you can add your own panels up to 16 per set.

How do I link a panel to my tip page?

When you edit a panel on Twitch there is a field for the image link. Paste the address of your tip page there; anyone who clicks the panel lands on that page.
